How to make a bento lunch box
Bento boxes can be broken down into four main components:
Protein- in the form of hard boiled eggs, cheese, deli meat, beans or tuna, chicken, lean steak or beef & fish
Veggies- lots of carrot and celery sticks here but salad ingredients as well
Fruit- grapes, berries, oranges, apples
Carb- flatbread crackers, pita, naan bread or tortilla chips, small amounts of rice, sweet potato
