How much does it cost to work with a personal trainer?

This really comes down to where you are at now and where you want to go. 

Does your fitness journey of where you want to get to require strength training? metabolic conditioning? nutrition support? accountability? food delivery?

Your personal training sessions should be customized to you taking into account things like your previous fitness history, some biometric data. what you have tried before any health issue and/or injuries and your work schedule. 

From there a customized personal training plan should be laid out, outlining what steps will be taken and what is required from you to get to where you want to go. To become that person you truly want to be.

Anybody can do a workout, anybody can follow a fad diet; however, the real magic is long term sustainable results. 

So the cost, which is a key point, should be considered, but the first thing to figure out is how much do you value the person that you want to become.
