A Nutrition Plan That Reduces Overall Body Fat
Sometimes the internet does share information that’s true. If you are 100 lbs overweight the good news is you already have “abs”, but seeing them is a result of reducing overall body fat.
If you are thicker around the mid-section training abs is NOT going to reveal them, it will just build endurance and strength of that muscle. It is not what everyone wants to hear all the time but you will speed up your results if you shift the time spent on abs, to meal prepping and getting your nutrition on point. You are what you eat and your body/energy/moods will display that.
Blending Short Intense Bursts of Cardio with Functional Strength Training
Man, oh man is cardio every misunderstood in this industry. It is sad to us how many men/women think they need to “add in more cardio” in order to get results. YES, you need to burn more calories than you are consuming to burn off fat, but you can do it so much more efficiently by combining total body strength training and high intensity intervals.

All of our workouts contain strength training, and intense intervals that will tone/build your muscles & help you to increase your metabolism which means more fat being burned during and after your workouts. No one wants to hear it but we are all built differently and a TON depends on genetics. Do certain exercises target specific areas? YES, but you cannot spot reduce when it comes to fat loss.
